Shipping Policy
1. General Information
We ship worldwide. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). During high order volume, processing may take slightly longer. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Methods & Coverage
Germany: DHL Standard or DHL Express (choose at checkout).
All other countries: DHL Express only.
3. Estimated Shipping Times
Transit times below are estimates in business days (Mon–Fri). Remote areas and customs clearance may add time.
Germany
DHL Standard: 2–4 business days
DHL Express: 1–2 business days
International (DHL Express)
Austria: 1–2 business days
Switzerland: 1–2 business days
European Union (other countries): 1–3 business days
United Kingdom: 1–3 business days
United States: 1–3 business days
Canada: 2–3 business days
Australia: 3–4 business days
Rest of the World: 3–6 business days
Note: Actual delivery times can vary due to customs, weather or natural events, remote delivery areas, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/size, and selected service (Standard vs. Express in Germany). The final cost is shown before payment.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
6. Pre-Orders
Items marked as pre-order typically ship in 20–30 days. The transit time begins once the item is in stock and dispatched. You will receive an email notification when your pre-order ships.
7. Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking usually becomes active within 24 hours.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. DHL Express may have additional restrictions for certain locations.
9. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and update you as quickly as possible.
