Returns & Refunds (Germany)

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please return your item to the following address:

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• We do not provide or cover return shipping labels or costs.
• The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
